Instagram, owned by Facebook, gives you access to a massive audience. The app boasts 500 million users who open Instagram every day. While this is a far smaller user base than Facebook, it is also one with a high concentration of people from a desirable demographic. The audience on this app trends toward the highly coveted Millennial and Gen Z age groups.
Ad Blade is a content-style ad platform that advertisers can use to deploy their content to specific target audiences across the web. They’ve got a variety of big name publishers on their network, including Fox News, ABC, Yahoo, and 1,000 others. They’re vigilant about screening which websites they allow onto the platform, which means that you won’t have a bad ad placement on a site that you don’t want to be associated with.
Here’s why the inclusion of Jill makes this banner ad so effective: She invites UMass Dartmouth’s prospects to envision themselves as MBA students. Remember when I said Bridgewater State’s ad made me think about what it would mean for me to “go beyond”? This is practically the same idea. If you can get your prospects to think about what it would be like to be your customer, you’re making strides.
I recently started a paid campaign in Google Ads for a firm of solicitors with specific services. They wanted traditional search network ads to be put in place. Unfortunately, I very soon discovered that the CPCs were far too expensive for their budget, as this market has been saturated with legal firms using it as their own advertising channel. When your target keywords cost between £5 and £30 per click, a low budget just won’t cut it.
The same old Yellow Pages your parents and grandparents used to flip through to find what they needed is still around and has a very well-organized online version. Besides your typical free listing, there are also a wide variety of premium options available when you are ready to expand. This listing draws 70 million+ visitors across its associated listings annually.
In contrast, native ads take a soft-sell approach. They’re integrated into and relevant to what consumers are already looking at. Web users are more likely to read and click on them than an annoying banner ad. Plus, they can choose whether or not to read, watch or listen to native ad content. When it comes to promoted content, choice beats interruption every time.
Plenty of Fish (PoF) is an online dating site that serves over three million active users. Since users have to fill out detailed profiles to join, the site’s ad network enables advertisers to carefully target prospective customers with CPM or CPC display ads based on the information they’ve provided. Overall, it’s a great place to test creatives for your target demographic before using them on other sites.
Simply put, display ads are ads that appear in the online space. The first display ads were ‘banner ads’, hyperlinked, image-based ads shaped as a strip, and usually located at the top of a web page. Later, as web design became more complex and creative, display ads evolved to a range of shapes and sizes, and included videos, interactive elements, pop-up functions and more. Today, banner ads simply refer to a specific size, of 468 x 60 pixels.
This kind of team is essentially worthless. It’s frustrating for everyone. They have invested in the business, and now they feel abandoned and their sponsors feel frustrated about having a non-producing team. Whether they are on the receiving end of this (as a recruit who hasn’t received in-depth training) or a leader who is not supporting the team, it’s a lose-lose proposition.
Advertising on social media sites allows for access to audiences of all shapes, sizes, and demographics. And these audiences are glued to these sites, with users averaging more than an hour on social media per day. Learning to leverage social advertising practices to extend organic reach is crucial to growing brand awareness and revenue in an increasingly social world.

Always shudder when I come across the downline subject – so many scams and pyramids linked to it! I so t of like the way the sellers are compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit. It’s just the success rate of building downlines is pretty poor among most people! What do you think?
Measuring the reach of your ad accurately means obtaining figures on how many users saw the ad. This is reflected as the unique number of views on your display ad. You can monitor the reach of your ad and assess the effectiveness of your display ad management and targeting effort. If ads are not reaching the desired audience, it is advisable to readjust your targeting parameters.
For those of your running successful search campaigns, you have likely learned that continuously monitoring and adjusting your account is critical to continue knocking it out of the park. You can’t just rest on your laurels. You likely spend time each week evaluating your account, scraping through search query data, adjusting keyword bids, setting new negatives, restructuring campaigns, tweaking under-performing ads, and the list goes on. This should be no different with display!
Clearly, the marketers at Amazon have an appreciation for this tendency. In a country where half the working population is employed by a small business, it’s no surprise that so many people are passionate about supporting the little guy. Here in the US, it’s not uncommon to hear someone say that they went with Product X or Service Y specifically because it was sold by a small business.
An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate safeguards any credit card order you place with up to 128 bit encryption - fully compliant with online security standards. You know you're ordering from a secure site when you see the letter "s" appear just after the "http" in your browser at the moment you're making payment. Also you'll see an image of a tiny pad lock appear in the bottom right corner of your internet browser indicating that the information you are about to provide is being sent by way of a safe and secure order page.
Low margin items are tough in the world of PPC. Especially with Adwords. You may want to try less competitive platforms like Bing and 7 Search and test your luck. You also really need to know what your doing when it comes to PPC advertising, especially when you don’t have a lot of wiggle room. As for pay per sale, possibly look into affiliate marketing if you’re usung a custom brand.
